From adolescence, women are encouraged to wear a bra every day. They are even frightened by telling them that their breasts "might fall out", or that "a woman without a bra, "it's vulgar". Yet in Scandinavia, the vast majority of women do not wear bras. So what founded the widely held idea that women should wear a bra every day? Remember, the breast is not a muscle but a mass of fat that is placed under the influence of female hormones secreted by the mammary gland. Our breasts are attached to the pectoral muscles only by the skin and a ligament; in other words, they are extremely sensitive to gravity. To prevent them from sagging early, we therefore advise women from puberty to wear a bra every day. While some teenage girls are delighted with this change, many experience it as an embarrassment:shame that you can see the bra under the T-shirt, discomfort, etc. And then you get used to it. The question is:are we right?
Wearing a bra every day, an unnecessary constraint? In any case, this is what a French scientific study confirms. For more than fifteen years, she has indeed compared the breasts of a hundred women aged 18 to 35… to come to the conclusion that women who do not wear a bra have more beautiful breasts. Indeed, by wearing a bra every day, we make our chest "lazy". In the long term, the breasts of a woman who constantly wears a bra lose firmness more quickly than those of a woman who does not wear one. On the contrary, the latter would observe more curved, higher breasts and better posture. Surprising results that divide the medical profession. Not wearing a bra can just as well have unfortunate consequences:back pain, "flabby" breasts, bruises in the case of sports practice... So, should you wear a bra or not?
So, ready to stop wearing a bra? Not wearing lingerie is also confronting the gaze of others, men and women alike. Unlike the Scandinavian countries, we French people are not used to seeing our boss or our banker without a bra. The decision is therefore up to you:on the one hand, you are promised more comfort and more beautiful breasts; on the other…, what you always had. And then, honestly, when you do a 95E, how can you imagine never wearing a bra? To cut the pear in half (the pear, not your breasts), we advise you to do without a bra at home. In the evening, when you get home, get into the habit of taking your bra off quickly. Do not sleep with it, and massage your breasts when they are painful. Practice a sport that mobilizes the upper body, but be careful:no way to skip a sports bra!
