The structure
There are all kinds of blushes from powder to creamy with a matte or glossy finish. A creamy blush is usually not best for oily skin. Furthermore, it is mainly experimenting until you discover what you like.
The brush
For applying blush, a good brush is half the battle. Make sure that the bristles of the brush are not too soft, but certainly not too hard. The tighter the bristles of the brush are together, the more color the brush gives off.
