Several things explain this price difference. First of all, in terms of rendering:“high-end” coloring
offer a subtle and nuanced result, with reflections, and offer shades that follow the trends. They are also
enriched with care and leave the hair shiny and soft. The "low cost" formulas are more raw, but not dangerous
nor ineffective. We recommend them to those who want a basic color (a dark blond without highlights, for example) and who have healthy hair. Other points that explain the price difference:the accessories (brush, gloves adapted to the size of the hand, mixing bowl, etc.) and the quality of the care to be applied at the end of the colo.
It's a matter of dexterity. The cream is the galenic used in the salon, because it is the most precise:it allows you to see exactly where the product has been applied. But it is not necessarily easy to use alone. "If you're struggling, it's better to choose a mousse, which is applied like a shampoo, taking care that it does not "slip" towards the ends, otherwise the roots will be less pigmented", indicates David Wonder. On the accessory side, the pros prefer the brush for its precision. At home, we do as we feel:if we are more comfortable with the hands, we forget the brush (especially for a tone on tone that does not require crazy precision).
