1- Hearing sprays
Once or twice a week, we spray a squirt in each ear. The salt water contained in this spray will thin the earwax and facilitate its evacuation. You can use your little finger to massage the inside of the ear for better infiltration of the product into the ear canal.
2- The eco-friendly cotton swab
Same principle as the old plastic one that has damaged our oceans far too much, the eco-friendly cotton swab is just that, because this cardboard, bamboo or wooden stick is compostable and 100% biodegradable.
3- Japanese Oriculi
This ear cleaner, originally from the Land of the Rising Sun, will undoubtedly become popular in the coming years, eventually becoming essential. Because this small stick, most often made of bamboo, one end of which is curved has the advantage of being reusable for life. On the other hand, be careful about its use because if it is practical for removing earwax visible at the entrance to the ear, you should not go tampering further in the ear canal at the risk of damaging your eardrum.
4- The finger technique, the one recommended by doctors
This is the simplest and least expensive technique. When you get out of the shower, when your ears are still damp, you take your little finger, cover it with a handkerchief and go on an expedition. As with the other techniques, once or twice a week is enough. Objective:to make your ear clean and dry because by leaving it damp, you risk maceration and therefore the formation of small patches of dried sebum.
5- The spiral ear cleaner
It is an electronic device and who says machine says obligation to master its operation to avoid micro trauma to the ear. But with its spiral-shaped silicone tip, it helps grip earwax and is particularly effective.
As a reminder, the ear does not need to be thoroughly washed every day because this earwax is certainly unsightly when it is present in mass, but it has a triple role:cleaning, lubrication and protection.
