It is a frightening statistic:today, in the world, one in four children lives in a region in a situation of humanitarian crisis (natural disaster, conflict or epidemic). They grow up in dangerous situations where they cannot play, learn or simply live in good health. Unicef accompanies children by creating Child Friendly Spaces, in which they offer them psychological support, medical care, nutritional advice and educational and recreational activities. The idea:to give these children a feeling of “normal life” and protect them from exploitation and human trafficking.
Garnier has decided to make a commitment to
Unicef (until August 21, 2017) and to support its action for children. “Our goal is to help the most vulnerable children feel safe and regain their self-confidence, which is crucial for creating real connections with those around them. By knowing that they can reach out to others, to give and to receive, these children will have the confidence to build a better future for themselves and their communities,” explained Delphine Viguier, General Manager Garnier International. To support Garnier's action, all you have to do is go to the dedicated website
and complete the virtual kit of your choice (between School in a box kit, Hygiene kit, Kit for the development of early childhood and recreational kit). For each virtual kit completed, Garnier agrees to pay 50 cents to Unicef (up to a limit of €20,000).
