We women love beautiful shoes. In fact, nice shoes worth the pain. That's why we've listed 7 handy high heels hacks that every woman should know.
Tape your toes
A night in heels shouldn't mean stumbling home. Before going out, tape your third and fourth toes together using nude or medical tape (the flexible kind). This helps to reduce pressure on the ball of the foot.
Make your feet sweat proof
Since even the slightest bit of moisture can cause anklets to slip and slide, spray your feet with deodorant spray beforehand.
Sandpaper on the soles
New shoes are often slippery and cause you to slip on the dance floor. A simple trick for extra grip:Use a sheet of sandpaper to gently roughen the bottoms of your new heels. We repeat, carefully.
Tea bags in the shoes
To prevent sweaty feet, you can place dried, used tea bags in your shoes for 24 hours. Your nose will thank you.
Stretch them with ice
Fill plastic bags with water and place them in the front of the shoe. Put the shoes in the freezer overnight (yes, really). As the water freezes, the bags will expand and stretch your shoes.
Or a hair dryer and socks
Wear a pair of socks (or one thick pair). Then put your feet in the shoes that are too tight and blow on any bottlenecks with a hair dryer.
Invest in gel pads
Because they simply provide more comfort.
