Hudson's Bay Company has unveiled its first four retail locations in the Netherlands. The Hudson's Bay department stores will be located in the De Vleeshal building and at Rokin 21 and 49 in Amsterdam, in the De Barones shopping center in Breda and at 33 Heuvelstraat in the center of Tilburg. The first Saks OFF 5TH store opens its doors in the Kalvertoren on the Kalverstraat in Amsterdam.
The De Vleeshal and Rokin 21 and 49 building in Amsterdam are three adjacent buildings that are being transformed into one Hudson's Bay experience. The total retail area will be 15,800 m2. The Kalvertoren will be the basis for the first Saks OFF 5TH store in the Netherlands. The 4,200 m2 store is spread over two floors.
The De Barones shopping center in Breda will house a 16,660 m2 branch spread over five floors. In Tilburg, the future Hudson's Bay department store will be located in Heuvelstraat 33, the most famous shopping street in Tilburg. The property offers 12,400 m2 of retail space.
