If you wash your hair in the evening and don't blow-dry it, it is sometimes not dry when you go to sleep. Is that bad for your hair?
Wet hair is more fragile and brittle than dry hair. So your hair could be damaged more easily if you go to sleep when it is still wet. It makes a difference if you at least dry the top of your hair before going to sleep. That way your hair breaks off less easily near the roots. You can also make a loose braid in your hair (don't make the elastic too tight). That makes for a nice loose hit the next morning.
