What to do if you suffer from excessive sweating at the slightest effort?
It's not funny especially in summer when it's hot...
It drips under the armpits and stains our clothes!
But no need to put on an antiperspirant full of chemicals like aluminum...
Fortunately, there is a natural trick to stop too much sweating under the arms.
I've been using this grandmother's remedy for a long time and I can tell you that it works like hell!
The miracle solution is to use aloe vera under the armpits to reduce or even stop sweating. Watch:
Contents
- fresh aloe vera leaf
- a knife
1. With the knife, cut a slice of aloe vera from the leaf.
2. Cut the piece in half widthwise.
3. You now see the pulp and some juice flowing out.
4. Pass a piece of aloe under one of your armpits.
5. Repeat the operation with the 2nd piece under the other armpit.
6. Let it dry for two minutes.
And There you go ! Thanks to aloe vera, you have reduced your underarm sweating naturally :-)
Easy, fast and efficient, right?
No more halos under the armpits...and all that without chemicals!
In addition, aloe has no synthetic smell or fragrance.
Its natural freshness is really pleasant during a heat wave.
And you won't have any allergic reaction with aloe.
No red and dry skin under the armpits.
Choose an organic aloe vera leaf, if possible from Europe to limit your carbon footprint.
Be aware that aloe can stain clothes.
I therefore advise you to put some on either if you wear a sleeveless t-shirt...
...or if you put it on long enough before getting dressed.
If you've ever had an aloe vera stain, don't panic!
It is easily removed by rubbing a little Marseille soap before putting in the washing machine.
Aloe vera is known to tighten the pores of the skin.
It has a natural "antiperspirant" action:no more dripping sweat.
It also moisturizes the skin to make it softer and less red.
Thanks to its antiseptic properties, it neutralizes the bacteria responsible for perspiration odours.
Let's not forget that it is often the main ingredient in organic deodorants.
In addition to passing aloe pulp under your armpits, you can also drink aloe juice.
For this, drink about 250 ml of aloe juice 3 times a day in periods of high heat or in anticipation of intense effort.
