Ingredients for 6 people:
200 g of flaky muesli and whole wheat flakes
10 cl of milk
500 g of plain yogurt (about 4 jars)
50 g of honey
3 apples

Preparation
Mix the milk with the yoghurts and honey.
Cut the apples into 4, then remove the seeds and cut each quarter into thin slices. Then gently fold the cereal into the yogurt mixture.
Lay everything out in bowls or deep plates, then scatter the apple slices on top.
Chef's tip :you can also add a hint of cinnamon or orange zest to the yoghurt preparation.

Ingredients for 6 people:

150 g nut muesli (Quaker Nut Cruesli)
9 clementines
500 g applesauce

Preparation
Peel the clementines, removing as many white fibers as possible.
Cut the quarters and cut them in 2.
Then arrange them in a verrine, 1/3 high.
Add on top the applesauce until 2/3. Finish with the muesli, sprinkling it like a crumble.
