On Friday 29 June, the city center of The Hague will turn blue, white, and red during ShoppingNight 2018! The 12th edition of the ShoppingNight is entirely devoted to Feest aan Zee; 'Fête de la Mer' and offers an evening full of actions and entertainment in the bustling city center of The Hague. Imagine yourself completely in the atmosphere of French seaside resorts. In the Grote Marktstraat, which has been transformed into 'Paris Plage' for this occasion, you can stroll over a real French market but also enjoy performances. The Denneweg is the place where visitors start the evening with a French aperitif. Various atmospheric performances will be given in and around this street, which will be renamed Saint-Tropez.
The Hague's shopping streets will not be lacking in special decoration, a five-meter high Eiffel Tower will light up in the Passage, fully in line with the theme, the Boekhorststraat will change into tropical Martinique and the XXXL Feest aan Zee beach chair at the beginning of the Hoogstraat will provide beautiful photo opportunities.
All participating stores ensure a particularly hospitable reception in their stores. Visitors to the ShoppingNight can also receive free advice in various stores in the field of make-up, skin care, styling and even a free 'make-up' from a professional make-up artist.
