Among other barrier gestures, washing your hands regularly is one of the most fundamental, so we literally drown them under waves of hydroalcoholic gel, which in turn dries out our skin. Establishing a small care routine for our dear mimines is then a good idea to not cause their premature aging. Here is a little recipe to restore their original sweetness.
What we need: a tablespoon of brown (or coarse-grain) sugar, two tablespoons of olive oil, a teaspoon of lemon juice, a generous tablespoon of creamed honey.
In the kitchen: mix the olive oil and honey in a ramekin. Add the sugar and then the lemon juice. Mix well so that the scrub is homogeneous.
In the bathroom: we apply the scrub on the hands and we rub gently (as if we were washing them). The action of the grains of sugar on the skin will allow a gentle elimination of dead skin. Combined with the antibacterial, antiseptic and moisturizing properties of the other ingredients, this scrub will give you pretty soft hands. Here is ! 😉
