Easy, fast and efficient, right?
No more industrial shampoos that damage your hair every day!
Unlike conventional shampoos, this homemade recipe thoroughly washes my hair of all pollution and dust residue.
I just have to clean them every 3 to 4 times a week at most.
The reason ? The "classic" shampoos that we put on our hair dry out the scalp.
To compensate, the scalp then produces more sebum than normal and therefore becomes fatter.
Plus, this baking soda and vinegar method is economical.
Natural, cheap, effective and easy to use, I'm sure you'll love it as much as I do, especially since it smells so good thanks to the essential oils!
- It is important to put the baking soda in lukewarm water so that it dissolves well in the water.
- Do not worry if the baking soda does not foam, it is normal. You get used to it very quickly after just a few applications.
- When you apply the bicarbonate to the hair, there is no need to insist on the ends, because they are rarely very greasy.
- If you have really long hair, you can add a little water and baking soda. The goal is to clean them thoroughly.
- You can replace white vinegar with cider vinegar, but paradoxically cider vinegar has a stronger smell on the hair. Test both and choose the one you prefer.
- For information, I always prepare a larger dose of white vinegar and water that I leave in my shower for future uses.
- Know that it is important to rinse the vinegar out of your hair with cold water. Why ? Because it helps smooth the hair and make it shinier. In addition, it helps prevent frizz and static electricity.
- Do not forget the essential oils, because they are magic to give a great scent to this homemade shampoo.
