In a 200 ml container, mix the following oils:100 ml jojoba oil ,
5 drops rosemary essential oil, 5 drops lemon essential oil ,
5 drops of juniper and 5 drops of grapefruit .
Shake the bottle well once the oils are mixed, so that everything is homogeneous. Apply to the legs, massaging upwards, preferably in the morning, after showering. Do not forget the abdomen, so that the digestive system is well stimulated by the mixture.
