For a mask
In a deep plate, mash a 1/2 very ripe banana peeled with a fork. Then add half a jar of 15% fat crème fraîche , then mix everything together. If the preparation is too thick, add fresh cream until you obtain a light and homogeneous paste.
With your fingers, apply your mask in a thick layer on face, neck and décolleté. Leave for 20 to 30 minutes then, using a damp cloth, remove the excess before rinsing with lukewarm water.
Tip :being a fluid treatment, the ideal is to remain lying down during the application time of the mask.
